The BoXiT series of voicemail units consists of BoXiT voice mail and BoXiT auto attendant. The systems are suitable for making communication flows more efficient within small to middle sized companies.
BoXiT voicemail gives people who need to reach you by telephone the possibility to leave a voice mail message in your voice mailbox. Access to your mailbox at any time is possible from any touch tone telephone to listen to your messages, to record your greeting or change other settings. BoXiT voicemail comes in two variants with 2 or 4 ports,128 mailboxes and speech storage of up to 7.5 hours.
BoXiT voicemail and BoXiT auto attendant have an automated attendant ie. it answers your phone calls in a friendly way, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. When a phone call is received, the automated attendant plays back a number of menu options. By pressing the preferred number during these script menus, the caller can reach a department directly. It is also possible to dial the direct extension of the person who the caller wants to reach.
The BoXiT Voicemail has especially been developed for the Siemens HiPath 1120 and HiPath 1150 switchboards but works with all pabx. Prices are very competitive and BoXit makes it possible for small companies to enjoy the advantages of voicemail, without making a large investment.
BoXiT Voicemail:
Be available 24/7 with BoXiT Auto Attendant Voicemail. The auto attendant answers your phone calls, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The caller is greeted in a friendly way, before they are transferred to the right extension. If the extension is busy or not answered, the caller will be transferred to a voice mailbox so that they can leave a message. BoXit is compatible to all pabxs but especially suitable for the Siemens HiPath 1120, Siemens HiPath 1150 and Siemens 3000 PABXs.

Automated attendant
During and outside office hours, the auto attendant answers calls in a friendly way. The caller will hear some menu text options. By pressing the relevant digit during these menus, the caller will be transferred to the correct department or person. Direct dialing numbers may also be entered during this time.
Day, night, holiday and break time greetings
For all times of the day and for holidays you can record a different greeting, so that the automated attendant addresses callers with the correct greeting at any time.
Multilingual
BoXiT Auto attendant Voicemail is delivered standard with 3 languages: UK English, Dutch and French. Other language
combinations are also possible.
Voicemail:
8 voice mailboxes up to 500 – for people or departments you can create a voice mailboxes. Callers then have the possibility to leave a message, when someone is not available.
Voicemail messages – listen to your messages, save them, forward them and delete them.
Notification of messages – new voicemail messages will be notified on your telephone by a flashing light or by an interrupted dialing tone. External notification is also possible : BoXiT Auto Attendant Voicemail will then call you on a home phone number, a mobile number or a pager.
Adapted language – per mailbox one of the three supported languages can be setup.
